Local History Stories Competition

The National Archives and the British Association for Local History invite you to enter their 20sStreets local history competition, where they are looking for local history stories that capture the imagination.
Entries are open for both individuals and local history groups. The story must have a link to the 1920s and relate to the areas covered by the 1921 Census of England & Wales (England, Wales, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands), but the rest is up to you.

Freecycle LibraryUK

Unlike many Freecycle groups, this network isn’t restricted to a specific town or location. Instead, it provides a platform for people working in libraries to ‘freecycle’ resources, equipment and furniture across the library network.
